Dr Mervyn Patterson

Dr Patterson has been working in the field of aesthetic medicine over the past fifteen years and is one of the foremost, pioneering aesthetic medical practitioners in Europe.

Qualifying as a medical doctor in 1984 at The London Hospital Medical School, Dr Patterson practiced as a GP up until 2002 when he decided to devote himself full-time to Woodford Medical, alongside Dr Allan.

Dr Patterson has pioneered the use of photorejuvenation, the IPL Fotofacial, for the treatment of Rosacea (facial redness or flushing) and is a regular speaker at international symposia on aesthetic medicine.

Dr Patterson holds regular clinics in Danbury, Essex, Belfast, London, Derby and Leamington Spa and has been listed in the top 10 cosmetic doctors in the UK.

Dr Patterson is recognised by Allergan, the manufacturers of Botox, as a trainer for other practitioners.
